Holy Cross School held its Annual Spelling Bee on Tuesday, January 17. Thank you to all our participants and parents who showed their support. Public and private schools across the county participate in the annual Scripps National Spelling Bee. Congratulations to our winner Jacob Herrera 6th. Jacob will represent HCS in the County Spelling Bee.
WORLD’S FINEST KICK-OFF
HCS students attended a fun and motivating assembly this afternoon kicking off our World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser. The box of chocolate was sent home with the youngest student in the family.
STATE OF THE SCHOOL ADDRESS
All HCS families are strongly encouraged to attend the State of the School Address this Tuesday, 1/24/17 @ 6:00 pm in OBH. Your Principal, Pastor, teachers, fellow parents and a few surprise guests have much to share with you. You won’t want to miss this very important and informative evening. Each family in attendance will receive one raffle ticket to win a $300 tuition credit for the month of February 2017.

School Cents is an EASY way to help Holy Cross School earn up to $2,500.00. Please bring in your Christmas shopping receipts from Pacific View Mall as we will earn double points in January 2017. Earn 5x the points at Disney Store and Build-A-Bear Workshop for all purchases in the month of January.
This year’s flu season is upon us. Flu activity in our school is associated with prolonged fevers. Please make sure your child is fever free for a minimum of 24 hours before returning to school. Healthcare officials advise that anyone over six months of age is recommended to get a flu shot. Let’s keep our students and families healthy in 2017!
