Dear Parents and Guardians,
Our students are doing fantastic with WFC sales. It appears everyone is enjoying the new variety box and finding it very easy to sell. Keep up the good work. WFC Fundraiser ends this Friday, February 10. 2017 with money due to the office by 3:00 pm in order for your child to receive their prizes.
IMPORTANT FINANCIAL UPDATE
As a school community we trust you see the importance of meeting tuition obligations. In order for us to remain financially sustainable we must collect tuition payments on time. Accounts with delinquencies over 31 days and accounts with balances from previous school years will be handled directly by the San Buenaventura Mission Business Office and an outside collection agency. All inquiries regarding your delinquencies should be directed to Mary Kay Huizar, SBVM Business Manager @ (805) 643-4318.
The Catholic Education Foundation offers Tuition Assistance for families that qualify. Any families requiring tuition assistance must apply for assistance through CEF. Start gathering your financial documents as applications will be sent home in the very near future.
